Sunday's Bulletin Message 11/30/2025
This past Sunday We began our Thanksgiving Sunday Services with our Adult Sunday School's Study in the book of Revelation led by Brother Chris Mobley. In the Worship Service we sang congregational hymns and Our Children's Choir sang a special followed by some Special Singers. GREAT YEAR-END SERVICES
AT MISSION BAPTIST:
3. Sunday Dec. 7th- Soul'd Out Trio in concert! Please bring money before the event for the love offering we'll give.
4. Sunday Dec. 14th- Christmas Play & Message
5. Sunday Dec. 21st- 10 AM Season SongFest! Then at 11 AM- 12:15 PM Christmas Service! Children & Youth singing, Adult Choir Cantata: "Manger Throne" & A great Bag Treat for all in attendance. (No PM Service)
6. Sunday Dec. 28th. Youth Sunday for December, Children & Youth singing, Assistant Pastor Jaden Fitzpatrick will preach. Then at 6 PM It's Resolutions Service There'll be special singing & "popcorn preaching"! Come and see.
7. ATTENTION - Wednesday Services on Dec. 24th & 31st are cancelled for Christmas Break.
8. Jan. 4th 2026. We'll celebrate my 47th Anniversary as Founder & Pastor of MBC. (No PM Services on the 4th.)

IT'S BEEN SAID-
"Our Churches must change or they're gonna die!" I whole heartily agree with that. Here are some changes I propose:
1. Let's change in the sense of becoming more biblical than we've been.
2. Let's change in the sense of getting rid of every version of the Bible but that KJV.
3. Let's change in our prayer life. Let's pray daily for souls to be saved, for people to love Jesus and want to live for him, for God's will to be done in our lives, not our own.
4. Let's change in our lives from wasting time to "redeeming the time for the days are evil".
5. Let's stop being rude and unkind to people and start being Christ-Like in how we communicate and treat people.
6. Let's start going to church more often instead of less.
7. Let's stop disrespecting God's house with "any old thing will do in dress and service" and start being our best for the Lord Jesus Christ.
8. Let's change from being cold and indifferent to evangelistic and full of scripture.
9. Let's do more hymns instead of hem hawing and more specials that are special to Jesus.
